We are seeking professionals interested in developing skills in the consulting industry. This role will work with a team, focused on project management, process/ operations, and business analysis work.
we are looking for candidates who are interested in working in a hybrid environment (1-2 days a week in the office) as we build the foundation and grow our team in mexico. We offer a flexible working environment to balance the need to work independently, with days that may require in-person collaboration at our office.

* project delivery ownership: own planning, execution, and tracking of projects or workstreams, ensuring progress against scope, timeline, and commitments.
* cross ‑ functionalcoordination: partner with business, technology, and client stakeholders to drive alignment and momentum across teams.
* risk & dependency management: proactively identify, track, and support mitigation of risks, issues, and dependencies.
* delivery methodology support: support delivery across agile and/or waterfall environments, adapting to client context and team needs.
* ceremony & meeting facilitation: facilitate core delivery ceremonies and working sessions (stand‑ups, checkpoints, retrospectives).
* status & communication management: produce clear, concise status reporting for team members, clients, and leadership audiences.
* change & scope support: support change requests, impact assessment, and delivery adjustments as projects evolve.
* continuous improvement contribution: identify opportunities to improve delivery practices, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and outcomes.

* project planning & scheduling: experience in planning and managing timelines across one or more project workstreams.
* scope & change management: ability to define, track, and support scope changes while maintaining delivery alignment.
* risk, issue & dependency management: proactively identify, track, and support mitigation of delivery risks, issues, and dependencies.
* cross ‑ functionalcollaboration: experience coordinating across business, technology, and client stakeholders.
* delivery methodology experience: hands‑on experience supporting agile and/or waterfall delivery models.
* delivery tool proficiency: working knowledge of jira or similar delivery management tools.
* status reporting & communication: ability to produce clear, audience‑appropriate status updates and delivery communications.
* sdlc awareness: understanding of the software development life cycle.
* financial awareness: experience with basic budget tracking and delivery cost.
* client ‑ facingdelivery: comfort operating in client environments and supporting delivery conversations.
* meeting facilitation: experience planning, facilitating, and documenting meetings and delivery ceremonies.
additional experience (nice-to-have, not required)
* resource coordination: exposure to capacity/resource planning.
* release planning exposure: familiar with release cycles.
* process improvement mindset: involved in continuous improvement.
* pm certifications: scrum, pmp, safe, or similar.
