as a social media & content manager, you'll be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media strategies that drive engagement & brand awareness. This role requires a mix of content strategy, copywriting, and basic graphic design skills to ensure high-quality, visually appealing social media posts.

? Social media strategy & management
? Develop & execute a data-driven social media strategy across instagram, facebook, tiktok, linkedin, and x (formerly twitter).
? Manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging & engagement.
? Write compelling captions & short-form content tailored for each platform.
? Monitor & engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
? Track social media performance, analyze key metrics & adjust strategies for optimization.
? Stay up-to-date on trends, platform updates & best practices to keep our brand relevant.
? Content creation & visual design
? Design & edit branded social media graphics & simple videos using tools like canva, adobe photoshop, or similar platforms.
? Create engaging visual content (reels, stories, gifs, short-form videos).
? Collaborate with internal teams to develop assets for campaigns, promotions & events.
? Ensure all content aligns with the brand's visual identity, messaging & goals.
? Qualifications & skills
? Must-haves:
? 2-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
? Strong ability to develop engaging, on-brand content that resonates with the target audience.
? Basic graphic design & video editing skills for social media (canva, adobe photoshop, or similar tools).
? Experience with social media scheduling & analytics tools (e.g., later, sprout social, hootsuite, meta business suite).
? Excellent copywriting, storytelling & community engagement skills.
? Understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms & performance metrics.
? Bonus skills (not required, but a plus!):
? Experience with paid social media campaigns (facebook ads, tiktok ads, etc.).
? Knowledge of seo & content marketing best practices.
? Experience with influencer marketing & partnerships.
