how you will make an impact
your role is organized into three strategic pillars designed to enhance employee experience and operational excellence:
employee relations, health & safety 🤝
* lifecycle management: lead the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all employment contracts are signed and ready from day one.
* culture & mediation: act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, conflict resolution, and exit interviews to drive continuous improvement.
* time management: oversee leave requests, absences, and vacation tracking in strict compliance with local regulations.
* safety & compliance: develop safety policies, emergency plans, and conduct audits to ensure a secure work environment.
hr data management, payroll & strategy 📊
* system integrity: manage the adp database for all employee changes, ensuring 100% data accuracy and privacy.
* compensation & benefits: administer employee benefits and ensure timely payroll processing.
* hr analytics: generate key metrics and participate in salary surveys to keep aguila competitive.
* strategic projects: contribute to organizational change initiatives and the development of new hr policies.
admin, facilities & finance support 🏢
* vendor & partner relations: manage communication with banks, outside cpas, tax authorities, and security vendors.
* procurement: evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, manage electronic invoicing, and coordinate with the latam finance manager.
* office operations: oversee maintenance, cleaning services, and general office facility standards.
what we are looking for
* education: bachelor’s degree in human resources, law, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
* experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in hr roles.
* languages: fully bilingual (english b2 - c1 / spanish native).
* technical skills: proficiency in google suite and hr management systems (hrms).
* core competencies: exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
