About the role:we’re looking for a creative and hands-on social media specialist to drive growth across our social platforms in mexico. This role combines strategy, content creation, and campaign execution.what you’ll do:
own and execute social media strategy (instagram, tik tok, etc.)
plan and publish daily content (feed, stories, short-form video)
create content end-to-end: shooting, editing, basic design, and copywriting
support and execute campaigns (influencers, events, pop-ups, festivals)
produce real-time content during events
track performance (reach, engagement, growth) and optimize based on data
identify trends and explore new platformswhat we’re looking for:
~3+ years in social media / digital marketing / content roles
~ strong understanding of the mexico social media landscape
~ experience managing campaigns (not just posting)
~ hands-on content creation skills (video, editing, copy)
~ data-driven and organized, able to handle multiple projects
~ strong collaboration skills (pr, kol, marketing teams)
~ advanced english (required)
