We are seeking a dedicated logistics operations professional to join our ocean operations team at ceva a&o mexico, based in alcaldia benito juarez, mexico. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth coordination of import and export shipments across various transport modes, with a primary focus on maritime and air freight.
As a logistics operations professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational stability and excellence, thereby directly impacting customer satisfaction and service continuity. You will manage the end-to-end shipment process from coordination to documentation and follow-up, working closely with shipping lines, airlines, transport carriers, and international agents.
Key responsibilities
