- promoting company’s reputation as most attractive and progressive employer (e.g. University relations, students/job fairs)

- developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
- assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
*learning & training*:'supports hr bps and head of hr location in*:
- supporting nominations for leadership & talent development programs for target groups in the area of responsibility
- supporting competency management by identifying gaps and proposing (training) measures
- taking over the learning business partner role (depending on size of location)
- steering and/or executing vocational training management (depending on size of location)
- ensuring a standardized training program is established, implemented and updated
- measuring and improving effectiveness of trainings and implementing corrective actions if necessary
- ensuring training compliance for internal and external audit purposes
*qualifications*:
- academic degree or comparable experience
- at least 2 years of hr or related experience preferable
- experience as recruiter in a company with 700 employees
- english: intermediate
- knowledge: iso 9001
- knowledge: iatf, iso 14001, vda (plus)
