key skills and qualifications
to be successful in this role, you will need:
* at least 8 years of experience in hr management, with a strong background in process execution and labour relationships
* manufacturing plant experience with union management is highly desirable
* proven recruitment and selection skills, with experience in hiring and developing top talent
* strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and drive results
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders
