Position overview: we are looking for a senior business analyst with a strong background in investment accounting and excellent communication skills. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across different seniority levels and working closely with both business and technical teams. The business analyst will contribute to data-driven initiatives and support the development of solutions that enable informed investment decision-making.
- responsibilities: gather, clarify, and document business and investment accounting requirements.
- translate complex processes into clear specifications for technical teams.
- support development of data platforms, reporting tools, and analytics solutions.
- analyze current data flows and processes to identify improvements.
- participate in solution design, testing, and validation of delivered features.
- communicate updates, risks, and decisions to stakeholders across levels.
- requirements: solid experience in a traditional business analyst role, ideally within data-driven initiatives, including work on data platforms, reporting solutions, or analytics-focused projects.
- strong ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, structured deliverables and work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- proven background in investment accounting within the alternative asset management domain.
- excellent spoken and written english, with experience communicating directly with stakeholders across different seniority levels.
