Key responsibilities:
* request bond creation from the u.s. customs broker.
* review and verify paperwork and inbonds for accuracy.
* register and track all inbonds, ensuring proper follow-up until completion.
* manage inbound and outbound shipment issues, clear shipments, and close entries.
* monitor each bond from creation through to cancellation.
* handle general inquiries (internal and external) via email, phone, and in person.
* follow up with customers regarding bond cancellations when necessary.
* support the customer service team when needed, including occasional weekend coverage.
requirements:
* advanced english (you’ll communicate directly with our canadian team).
* experience in cbp procedures and border connect is a plus – but not mandatory.
* strong organizational and follow-up skills.
* detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
* availability to work afterhours.
