the field sales team lead is an entry level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to deliver a full range of sales support activities in coordination with the consumer sales team.
the overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of support services to citi clients and to assist the team in meeting sales targets.
responsibilities
conduct performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members
service existing accounts and establish new accounts at designated location or assigned geographical coverage area in order to increase revenue for the bank
proactively approach citi clients to establish real needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in citi's products
provide advice and product information to citi clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits
identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products
achieve or exceed decided sales targets
fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
appropriately assess risk when decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
qualifications
previous relevant experience preferred
experience in financial sales, customer service and management required
proficient computer skills
proactive leadership and motivational skills
consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
creative problem solving and decision-making skills
education
bachelor's degree/university degree or equivalent experience

experiencia en administración de equipos de trabajo (liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, administración de recursos, conocimiento del de servicio)
disponibilidad para viajar (sinaloa, durango, baja california sur)
esquema: presencial 100% lunes a viernes (jornada de 40 horas)
opcional atender temas en sábado
