Automation controls engineer plc programmer position
this key role is central to the engineering lifecycle of industrial automation systems. The automation controls engineer plc programmer collaborates closely with cross-functional engineering teams and customers to develop, test, and maintain plc logic, hmi interfaces, and control systems.
the ideal candidate possesses strong hands-on experience in developing plc logic, hmi interfaces, and industrial automation systems. Their responsibilities include designing intuitive and functional hmi screens, alarms, and diagnostics, as well as implementing automation sequencing, interlocks, and instrumentation logic.
main tasks involve executing programming, factory acceptance testing (fat), on-site commissioning, and troubleshooting. The automation controls engineer plc programmer also diagnoses system issues and ensures optimal performance.
