Dental sales professional
this position plays a pivotal role in influencing and building long-term partnerships with dental professionals to make colgate oral care products an integral part of their practice.
main responsibilities:
* develop strategic partnerships: build strong, lasting relationships with general dental practices, specialty practices, government accounts, private accounts, dental clinics, pharmacies, and distributors/departments within an assigned geographic territory.
* influential communication: effectively communicate the value proposition of colgate products to target audiences, driving business results through recommendations and sales.
* triple win methodology: utilize this approach to convey the benefits of colgate technologies, science, and products to dentists and their staff, encouraging active recommendation and adoption.
* insight-driven decision making: leverage market insights to better understand the needs of professionals/accounts, informing strategies to maximize impact.
* expertise development: stay up-to-date on odontology knowledge to provide informed guidance to partners and optimize sales efforts.
* optimize consulting offices: analyze and categorize consulting offices in the designated territory for optimal resource allocation.
* crm database management: ensure accurate, up-to-date information is maintained in the crm database.
* sales planning & execution: develop and implement targeted strategies for engaging with accounts, aligned with pro2020 recommendations.
* face-to-face engagement: maximize direct contact with visited and unvisited accounts, leveraging sales force distribution for maximum impact.
* supply chain optimization: work closely with distributors/pharmaceutical depots to ensure timely delivery of colgate products.
* competitive advantage: identify weaknesses in competing products and ethically promote colgate solutions for improved patient outcomes.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in dentistry, administration, marketing, social communication, or related fields.
* at least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
* experience in oral health.
* proficiency in excel.
* driver's license.
preferred qualifications:
* presentation techniques.
* monitoring management of oral hygiene data.
* intermediate english.
* analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond to immediate professional situations.
travel requirements:
