we are a leading engineering company looking for a skilled recruiter, human resources business partner to join our team. Reporting to the hr manager, in this role you will be responsible for developing strategic recruitment processes.
*key responsibilities.*
- deploy the talent acquisition strategy.
- develop sourcing activities, activate several sourcing channels, participate in talent events and build talent pipelines.
- coordinate and conduct interviews, collaborating with hiring managers and other colleagues involved when required.
- support the implementation of effective onboarding and training programs for new employees.
- facilitate initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- collaborate in the compensation and benefits analysis, as well as the execution of the total rewards policy.
- implement equivalent hr procedures in all our jurisdictions.
- prepare and present regular reports to the hr manager on key hr metrics.
- support and contribute to the company's development by ensuring high-quality standards on the employee life-cycle.
*what will you need to succeed as a recruiter?*
- bachelor's degree in administration, law, psychology or equivalent.
- proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role.
- strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- initiative, innovative approach to operational topics and curiosity.
- solid understanding of hr software and systems.
- fluency in english is required.
