The ideal candidate for this position is a resource closed to operations (mexico level) ensuring a proper management of digital transformation and solutions support. Lead the digital transformation strategy across all sites, ensuring continuous process improvement, operational efficiency, and adoption of digital tools aligned with the company global vision responsibilitiesown and drive the local digitalization roadmapensures that the digital standards are deployed and used. As such, organizes the digital roadmap, do some regular review identifying any deviance, organize the additional training if needed. Participates to the champion community led by business process owner.local enhancements management – process change requestthe digital manager is the relay between the local business owners and the bpo. As such, works collaboratively with them to identify, organize and provide prioritized functional specifications the new business needs. Presents them to the business process owner via the change request process.testing and change managementorganizes the user acceptance tests with the support of local sme. Define the user acceptance plan, write the scenario, create the right conditions for testing and provide the outputs of the testing to the business process owner and it teams. In case sap is in use, the digital manager maintains the master data on non regression test scenarios, describes specific scenario for local business, support business process owner to define core model scenario. Coordinates the change management plan with the support of the local business owner ( user training …), and is the responsible to identify the go-live date with the management staff.issues and bugs management - supportthe digital manager is making the link between users and it on it incident management ( first level of diagnosis and fix, open any necessary hda ticket, follow up the ticket until complete resolution ). On call/on site duty would be needed for 24/7 organization.qualificationsdegree in computer science, information systems, digital technologies, or equivalent5+ years of experience in areas of manufacturing, digital support or transformations.erp/mes usage, or it users support roles.experience in uat or digitalisation projects is a strong assetdata analysis toolsindustrial automation systems leadership & management skillsstrong collaboration & follow-up skillsstrong communication skills at all levels of the organizationability to design and improve work systemsbilingual english/spanishpreferred qualificationsms or mba in engineeringmicrosoft project expertiseminitab, alteryx, and/or sap software experience
