- the role is responsible for maintain supporting and implementing changes and new procedures at regional, and country levels across products, platforms, processes, and people to support and enhance the campaign process. This includes leading cross-functional strategies and planning within the iwpb units, covering propositions, data, and analytics, and aligning initiatives with iwpb's overarching objectives._

- support cross-business strategic implementations in alignment with governance standards._
- act as a project manager and developer across strategic initiatives with accountability on project deliverables, risk management, change management._
