What you’ll be doing under the supervision of application service manager, manage and coordinate relationship with maintenance and support supplier for incidents, problems and service request management ensure supplier performance through regular meetings to ensure their contractual obligations are met (sla, kpis) as part of csi process, provide the supplier with recommendations for improvements and share recommendations coming from supplier ensure that suppliers are delivering support in conformance with adecco processes and policies work in close collaboration with application solution specialist and countries to understand business needs and priorities be the touchpoint for country contacts in case of questions / issues relating maintenance and support supplier own basic knowledge of supported applications and business processes own deep knowledge of it operational processes and procedures leverage and challenge supplier to produce accurate status reports on ongoing work participate to alignment meetings, steering committees to provide accurate status on maintenance and action plans be the first escalation point for issues / questions about the quality of service about you minimum 3 years of experience in a related position. Good technology awareness. Good solution-related technology awareness. Oracle cloud, peoplesoft experience appreciated.
