we’re on the lookout for a bilingual administrative assistant to join our awesome team! If you’re proactive, super organized, and fluent in english and spanish (c1 level), we want to hear from you!
what you’ll do
* handle calls, emails, and chats in both languages with professionalism
* support our team with admin, client, and supplier trips
* help with purchasing, logistics, and reports
* prepare reports, graphs, and presentations
* keep our workspace organized and efficient
* the work is in person in guadalajara, from monday to friday
salary range
starting at 12,000 to 14,000 mxn per month, based on experience and skills.
what we’re looking for
* bachelor’s in admin, business, languages, or similar
* 3–5 years of experience in admin roles
* strong skills in microsoft office & internal platforms
* bilingual in spanish & english (c1)
* great at communication, organization, and multitasking
