This lead generation position is ideal for someone who does not settle for a fixed income and does not get discouraged easily but finds motivation within himself, and it does offer a base salary.
*what we do*:
outbound calls, we call clients who previously went online and requested quotes for auto insurance. Our job is to verify some information to ensure they qualify for insurance and generate interest to get a new quote, and then we transfer them to an insurance agent.
We are early birds! We start the day at 6:30 with group stand-up meetings to start the day setting goals and a winner mindset, so get your pj’s ready.

- advanced english skills
- previous call center experience ( at least 6 months in lead generation )
- a quiet environment to work from home
- availability to work a minimum of 7 hours a day *morning shifts
- access to a reliable internet connection of 30+ megas. *ping under 30ms.
- must have the equipment to work from home
