Job Purpose:
Responsible for implementing Information Technology Projects with customer-oriented level. This profile should have 70% of End User Services and 30% Networking knowledge.
The ideal applicant must demonstrate good skills for managing team members, assigning tasks, setting objectives and deadlines, handling documentation, delight customers with project management skills, ITIL V3/4, communication abilities and teamwork.

End-User Services Knowledge
- General knowledge with computers architecture, Microsoft Windows 10, iOS, Android, Blackberry, Microsoft Office 2016, O365 (including Project and Visio), SharePoint, Active Directory, Exchange Server 2007 y 2010, BES, PowerBI.
- Radio frequency devices configuration (Zebra, Honeywell, Hyco). Android IOS and SOTI Mobicontrol Plataform
Networking Knowledge
- General knowledge with networking configuration, basic connectivity components, topologies, network technologies WiFi, ACLs, QoS, VLANs, SNMP communities, VPN, Wireless Controller System.
