what you’ll do
own the numbers
manage accounts payable and ensure financial entries are recorded accurately and consistently in quickbooks.
drive forecasting & projections
build detailed financial forecasts for properties and ongoing projects. Model scenarios. Analyze trends. Help leadership see what’s coming before it happens.
master the spreadsheets
maintain and improve internal excel files using pivot tables, vlookups, and advanced formula logic. Turn raw data into clear, usable insight.
keep financials organized & accessible
know where everything lives. Maintain clean systems so information is easy to find, verify, and use.
monitor financial timelines, project details, and reporting schedules so nothing falls behind.
work without hand‑holding
operate independently. Identify what needs to be done. Take ownership. Execute.
