Are you ready to take the lead in developing and implementing a comprehensive talent attraction, employer branding, and recruitment marketing strategy? Reporting to the senior director for attraction, sourcing & assessment, the regional attraction and sourcing lead will be responsible for leading, managing, and coaching a team of senior talent researchers and employer branding/recruitment marketing specialists. This role is pivotal in ensuring global standards, processes, systems, technology, and innovations are adopted and fully embedded within the aligned region and geographies.
essential skills/experience
* deep knowledge/expertise in talent acquisition/attraction and employer branding and/or sourcing
* excellent knowledge of digital and social platforms for recruiting/branding
* experience in direct search methodologies (i.e linkedin, ats, crm) and other recruitment tools
* experience in managing, leading, and encouraging a direct team as well as matrix team and working globally
* strong communicator and doer with excellent customer leadership skills
* proven track record in using data to drive decision making
* excellent written and oral communication skills (business language: english)
* inquisitive, curious personality, enjoys learning and discovery
* detail oriented and comfortable with analyzing and presenting data
* delivery focused
* proactive approach in addressing obstacles/barriers
* teammate - collaborative style of working, sharing successes with wider team

desirable skills/experience
* pharma industry knowledge and experience preferred
* multilingual would be advantageous to support a global marketplace
* research/mapping experience gained within an executive search environment/function is highly desirable.
* strong project and organizational change experience
* demonstrable experience of research/mapping for executive level recruitment. Producing content/lists that detail company structure, department hierarchy and key individuals.
