* using tools like salesforce inspector, workbench, dev console.
* identifying, documenting, and troubleshooting defects.
* developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
* participating in code reviews and staying updated with salesforce releases.
* proven experience in salesforce administration, sql, data analysis, and qa testing.
* understanding of api testing tools like postman and soapui.
* experience with automation frameworks and tools.
* strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
* salesforce certification (e.g., salesforce administrator).
