'what you'll do (core focus: outreach & booking)call and email schools, camps, and organizations to book programsfollow up with past clients who haven't rebooked (summer, clubs, events)promote seasonal campaigns:summer camps ("summer calendar promo")fall after-school programs (asp)eog prep workshopsholiday events (halloween, winter, spring break)build and manage contact lists (principals, stem coordinators, libraries, etc.)track outreach and responses (simple crm or spreadsheet)marketing support (secondary)assist with email campaigns (schools, libraries, parents)update social media with local, relevant contenthelp refresh flyers and outreach materialssupport website updates for current campaignsgeneral supportrespond to inquiries via phone/emailhelp identify new partnership opportunitiesbook programs in our internal scheduling system and keep crm updated with progressideal candidatecomfortable with phone outreach and email follow-ups (this is key)organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at oncefriendly, persistent, and confident talking to schools and organizationsgoal-oriented—motivated by filling the calendarexperience in sales, outreach, or marketing preferrededucation or school system familiarity is a strong pluskey traits that matterdoesn't mind making calls (and following up more than once)can turn a "maybe later" into a bookingkeeps things moving without needing constant directionpositive, energetic, and reliablework hours & compensationmonday - friday schedule, timing flexible to align with customer schedulesif this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume!
