Pm jr (executive assistant)key responsibilities
* manage and organize the director's schedule, including meetings, travel, commitments, and reminders, ensuring efficient logistics.
* coordinate the director's internal and external communication, ensuring timely and effective information flow.
* prepare reports, presentations, and strategic documents, consolidating key information for high-level meetings.
* oversee and organize document management and confidential correspondence, ensuring proper distribution and filing.
* monitor and track the director's expenses, managing financial reports, reimbursements, and related budgets.
* plan, coordinate, and supervise projects by defining objectives, timelines, and budgets, proactively managing deviations.
* coordinate the logistics of events and executive meetings, including room reservations, equipment, and other requirements.
* collaborate on internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support for proper execution.
requirements
* education: bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
* experience: 2-5 years of experience managing executives and projects.
* previous experience working in multinational companies or projects with multidisciplinary teams.
* languages: chinese (proficient) / english.
* availability for mobility and travel.
* stable work history.
