about the role:
* we are seeking 3 sap key users / functional support consultants (fi, mm, and pp) to support an sap implementation project at a manufacturing plant in ramos arizpe, coahuila.
* this role is primarily hands-on functional support and user enablement, working closely with end users, resolving sap issues, and acting as a bridge between the plant team and the sap implementation partner.
* this is a short-term, onsite contract role, ideal for professionals who enjoy end-user support, training, and sap process guidance during a live implementation.
key responsibilities:
* provide end-user support for sap fi, mm, or pp transactions during implementation
* assist in resolving basic sap issues related to master data and business processes
* support user training and knowledge transfer to ensure smooth sap adoption
* act as a key user / subject matter expert (sme) for assigned module (fi, mm, or pp)
* support integration between sap and other plant systems
* work closely with sap implementation partners to ensure process alignment
* document processes, issues, and resolutions to support plant operations
required qualifications:
* 1–3 years of hands-on sap experience in fi, mm, or pp
* experience with sap s/4hana or ecc preferred
* strong understanding of sap business processes in: finance (fi), procurement / inventory (mm), production planning (pp)
* experience supporting end users or acting as a key user / power user
* ability to troubleshoot and resolve sap issues efficiently
* spanish (required); english is a plus
* willingness to work onsite full-time in ramos arizpe
* strong communication and collaboration skills
