responsabilidades principales
* realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en maquinaria, sistemas eléctricos, hidráulicos, neumáticos y automatizados.
* diagnosticar fallas y ejecutar reparaciones oportunas para minimizar tiempos de inactividad.
* colaborar en la implementación de mejoras técnicas y optimización de procesos.
* mantener registros detallados de las actividades de mantenimiento, incluyendo informes de intervenciones y cambios realizados.
* cumplir con las normativas de seguridad industrial y medioambientales vigentes.
* participar en la capacitación continua y actualización en nuevas tecnologías de mantenimiento.
requisitos
* formación técnica en mantenimiento industrial, electromecánica, mecatrónica o afines.
* experiencia mínima de 1 año en mantenimiento industrial o de equipos.
* conocimiento en interpretación de planos eléctricos y mecánicos.
* manejo de herramientas y equipos de medición.
* disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos o fines de semana, según se requiera.
* actitud proactiva, capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presión.
