Hr manager – shared service center

About the role:we are seeking a dynamic and experienced hr manager to lead and manage the human resources function within our shared service center (ssc). The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting a centralized hr delivery model, ensuring efficient hr operations, compliance, employee engagement, and talent management across multiple business units and geographies.key responsibilities:hr operations management: oversee day-to-day hr operations within the ssc, ensuring smooth delivery of hr services such as onboarding, payroll support, employee records management, benefits administration, and hr reporting.employee relations: act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment and addressing employee relations issues promptly and effectively.compliance & policy implementation: ensure adherence to company policies, local labor laws, and regulatory requirements within the ssc. Assist in policy development and communication.performance management: support performance appraisal processes, training needs analysis, and career development programs to enhance employee capabilities and productivity.hr analytics & reporting: generate and analyze hr metrics and reports to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.process improvement: identify opportunities to streamline hr processes within the ssc for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.stakeholder management: liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, vendors, and legal advisors, to deliver high-quality hr services.employee engagement & culture: drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, communication, and organizational culture within the ssc.qualifications & experience:bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; hr certifications (e.g., shrm, cipd) preferred.minimum 7 years of progressive hr experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.prior experience working in a shared service center or multinational environment is highly desirable.strong knowledge of labor laws, hr best practices, and compliance requirements.excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.proficient in hris systems, ms office, and hr analytics tools.ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.strong leadership and team management capabilities.previous experience in automotive industry is essential.english advanced is required.“we are an affirmative action/eeo employer.
