Your tasks
- assist in analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- collect and analyze data to support process improvement initiatives
- participate in time and motion studies to identify areas for workflow enhancement
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures
- assist in creating and updating process documentation
- contribute to ongoing quality control efforts
- participate in team meetings and present findings to supervisors
*profile*:
- currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field
- basic knowledge of industrial engineering principles and manufacturing processes
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- proficiency in microsoft office suite, particularly excel
- familiarity with data analysis techniques
- basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., lean, six sigma)
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- fluency in english; spanish language skills are a plus
