mission:
provide high-quality operational services and support in payroll, benefits, and fleet management to employees through the analysis, administration, and optimization of processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This position will focus on customer service and continuous process improvement.
day to day:
· provide high-quality services and support to employees in the administration and optimization of their payroll/benefits/fleets packages.
· manage and process payroll payments timely and accurately, adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
· professionally resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
· ensure continuity and quality of benefits service delivery in collaboration with providers.
· administer benefits programs, including legal aspects, communication, payments, and payroll reports.
· resolve employee questions and issues related to benefits programs, offering efficient customer service.
· maintain proactive relationships with internal stakeholders and providers.
· provide general support to employees located in león who have the assigned car benefit.
· measure user satisfaction.
· deliver cars to employees or providers, ensuring to review the physical condition and documents of the cars, and complete a checklist with photographs.
· safeguard car keys in custody and start the cars at least once a week.
what do you need to successfully contribute to our purpose?
1 year of experience working in areas related in human resources.
english c1 is required.
