Overview adp is hiring a digital sales representative for the south africa market, as part of the growth markets. We're looking for someone with a demonstrated sales aptitude and excellent closing skills fluent in afrikaans and english. We know you're busy, so we'll get right to the point. Using a cold calling strategy, build relationships with potential clients, uncover the true needs of their business, and recommend the right adp products and services. Deepen relationships across the adp family by strategically cross-selling into existing accounts by putting the spotlight on adp's other shiny, new products and solutions. Collaborate daily with both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations. Experience you need adp is looking for experienced sales representatives to complete our inside team that is targeting our multi-country product market. Focused on enlarging our footprint across targeted growth markets worldwide. If you have experience in building a portfolio of prospects from scratch, with multi-country clients, have experience in driving end to end sales cycles then we are looking for you. 5 - 8 years successful sales experience in business-to-business sales experience in large or enterprise / global accounts environment) outbound prospecting & independent territory management demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated, excellent closing skills. A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas. Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
