- implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, and manpower- manages capital asset maintenance.
- establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
- control and minimize labor overtime, premium freight and repair expenses.
- develop and maintain plant facilities and equipment; replace, or make adjustments to plant facilities and equipment when necessary.
- provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
- implements and maintains preventative maintenance programs.
- incorporates shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel.
- provides direction, development and leadership to production supervisor and departments supervisors.
- maintain ongoing communication with all applicable company departments to review and communicate applicable quality and production guidelines for proper and optimal production in general.
- maintain ongoing communication under effective leadership to maintain effective continuity of all production areas.
- review applicable retraining and schedule to reduce the impact on the company's production.evaluate the performance of employees involved in the production process and report when there is a need for additional training.
- collaborate with quality, design, engineering, and operational management areas to help improve the productivity.
- maintain continuous communication with the personnel in charge of eh&s to review existing and new safety and hygiene measures, including the correct use of machinery, tools and ppe as well as ensure that the personnel under your charge follow the measures and understand them.experiência y requisitos1.

minimum 5+ year of progressively responsible production leadership-production supervisor, experience (preferred)3.
ability to think strategically, viewing the business from a general and high-level management standpoint4.
