About the role

we are looking for a creative and data-driven marketing strategist & content creator to join our team remotely. This role is for someone who lives and breathes social media trends, can quickly create engaging content, and understands how to build brand presence both organically and through paid ads.

key responsibilities

* content creation: develop creative concepts, write scripts, and guide the team in producing engaging video and photo content.
* social media trends: spot and adapt emerging trends across instagram, facebook, linkedin, youtube, tiktok, and other platforms in real time.
* paid advertising: plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
* analytics & reporting: track performance data, interpret insights, and recommend strategies to improve roi.
* organic growth: design and execute strategies to grow followers, engagement, and reach across all channels.
* community engagement: monitor and respond to comments/dms, and interact with industry-relevant accounts.
* competitor & trend monitoring: track competitors and provide actionable recommendations to stay ahead.
* brand voice & messaging: maintain consistency of messaging and storytelling across all channels.

expectations

* daily posting: create and publish daily content on all active channels (reels, lives, stories, carousels, static posts) appropriate for each platform.
* weekly report: submit concise weekly reports covering growth, engagement, ad performance, and top-performing content.
* monthly growth goals: achieve at least a 10% increase in followers each month, with a focus on engagement quality.
* content calendar: maintain a rolling 2–4 week content calendar with a mix of trend-driven and evergreen content.
* video scripts & prompts: provide the office team with ready-to-shoot video scripts, outlines, or prompts weekly.

advertising kpis

* maintain roas (return on ad spend) of at least 3:1 across campaigns.
* keep cost per lead (cpl) under agreed benchmarks depending on campaign type.
* achieve click-through rate (ctr) above industry average (target 1.5%+ for social ads).
* provide monthly ad spend vs. conversion breakdown.
* run a/b testing consistently to optimize performance.

requirements

* strong experience creating and editing short-form video content.
* excellent english writing and speaking skills.
* proven track record managing social media ads with measurable roi.
* strong understanding of platform algorithms and growth strategies.
* creative, trend-savvy, and able to work independently in a remote setup.

work hours & compensation

* remote position (part-time or full-time).
* flexible hours, with availability to post in real-time when trends emerge.
* salary: competitive, based on experience and scope (part-time vs. full-time).
