As a
planning manager
you will manage all activities related to production planning, ensuring the achievement of efficiency, quality, and delivery goals in our manufacturing plant located in ticoman.
you will work reporting to the plant manager.
*key responsibilities*
* you will manage the master production plan, aligned with the plant's demand and capacity.
* you will coordinate with the purchasing, production, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure the availability of materials and resources.
* you will monitor goals related to production, delivery times, and inventory levels.
* you will identify opportunities for improvement in planning processes and propose solutions.
* you will develop the planning team, promoting a collaborative and work environment.
*qualifications*
* bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
*
o 3 years of experience in production planning,
* knowledge of planning systems (erp, mrp) and data analysis tools.
* excel (can perform complex functions) : intermediate-advanced.
* english: intermediate.
