This is a full-time position, requiring on-site work in our el segundo, california office.job functionsdevelop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to support retail and brand initiativesmanage campaigns from start to finish, including ideation, implementation, optimization, and reportinglead digital marketing efforts across programmatic and direct channelsclearly communicate goals and results of digital marketing campaigns to marketing team & leadershiptroubleshoot any issues surfaced during campaign lifecyclework between project stakeholders and ensure smooth flow of project deliverablesdevelop deep understanding of the travel distribution landscape and the online travel environmentqualificationsbachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or business4+ years of digital marketing experience in a retail or brand marketing rolehands-on experience with media planning and buying including developing briefs, evaluating proposals, and executing campaignsexpertise across key digital marketing channels including display, video, and mobile, both in a programmatic and direct‑buy capacitystrong knowledge of digital performance metrics and campaign measurement, preferably with google analyticshighly motivated and proactive with proven ability to achieve targets and meet deadlinesexperience using microsoft office products in a professional environmentstrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)expert knowledge of digital marketing principles and current best practicesnice-to-havesexperience working with external media and/or creative agenciesknowledge of google marketing tools, including campaign manager 360, dv360, and tag managersem/seo knowledgeairline, travel, or hospitality marketing experience
