position*:administrative assistant*
with mortgage lending, there is an interrelatedness to the departments, roles and functions involved with the manufacturing process of a mortgage loan.
pmg's *administrative assistant* serves as a flexible team member with a diverse skillset and operating experience.
the career path of the assistant entails rotating between functional roles to deepen their knowledge and understanding of mortgage concepts and loan program guidelines.

job responsibilities:
- *administrative support*: provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- *data entry and analysis*: accurately input and analyze loan-level data in various software systems, ensuring compliance with company, program and regulatory standards.
- *communication liaison*: serve as a point of contact between departments, clients, and third-party vendors, facilitating effective communication and resolving issues promptly.
- *compliance monitoring*: assist in monitoring adherence to internal and external compliance guidelines, escalating any issues to the appropriate team members.
- *customer service*: provide exceptional customer service to clients, peers, and company partners, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns throughout the loan manufacturing process.
- *training and development*: participate in cross-training opportunities to develop a comprehensive understanding of various roles within the loan manufacturing process.
- *problem-solving*: identify and resolve operational challenges that arise during the loan manufacturing process, working collaboratively with team members to find effective solutions.
*requirements*:
- minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- must have a minimum english language comprehension of "b2 upper intermediate" according to the common european framework of reference (cefr) scale
- preference given for banking, finance, accounting, mortgage industry related studies and/or work experience
- sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- ability to work under pressure and with mínimal supervision.
- excellent communications skills.
- prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and or ambulating (employee has some control over the length of time)
- prolonged use of computers, telephone, and other standard office equipment which includes reading, writing, listening or speaking
- this position has no supervisory responsibilities.
