Job title: técnico en laparoscopia (integral service technician)
location: ciudad de méxico, monterrey, saltillo, chihuahua, mérida, toluca, león, puebla, reynosa.
job purpose
assist in surgical procedures within the assigned hospital, managing equipment, instruments, consumables, ensuring accurate billing and compliance with iso 9001:2015.
responsibilities
* assist physicians, nurses and other health professionals in surgeries within the scope of the solution at the assigned hospital.
* administer, control and safeguard the inventory of equipment, instruments and disposable materials in the hospital.
* prepare and deliver reports and inventories in a timely manner.
* provide basic training to newly hired technical assistants.
* generate surgical reports (physical and digital folio capture), hospital and assistance reports, as well as assigned administrative duties.
* strictly adhere to the iso 9001:2015 quality system and complete required documentation for process compliance.
* work hours: 7/24, including night shifts and emergency calls as per surgical schedule.
* operating area: entire national territory, based on the hospital assignment.
qualifications
* education: high school diploma completed or technical career (in progress).
* languages: none required; basic english is desirable.
* work experience: desired. Preferred: degree in health-related fields, experience working in hospitals.
* additional: willingness to undergo training and maintain equipment integrity.
required skills
* technical proficiency with surgical instruments and equipment.
* ability to manage inventories and document processes.
* strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
preferred skills
* experience in a clinical or surgical environment.
* knowledge of iso 9001:2015 or similar quality systems.
