responsibilities
the opportunity: execute and co‑lead yoy corn and potato varieties validation, productivity and bcp agendas to comply with r&d; salty ingredients commitments for pmf and caricam, being key contact with operations and general procurement to ensure business continuity.
your impact
as r&d; ingredients sr analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
* coordinate yoy (year over year) corn and potato varieties validation
* co‑lead r&d salty ingredients productivity initiatives for pmf and caricam (commodities)
* follow‑up bcp (business continuity plan) priorities to ensure coverage of business needs
* execute plant trials for yoy validations, bcps and productivity agendas
* deliver robust resolutions for unexpected contingencies to ensure business continuity
* build and communicate project timelines, feasibility assessments (when applicable) and plant trials protocols
* support quality agenda related to ingredient functionality to ensure specifications and product design are met
* ensure technical documentation according to regional/global requirements for all r&d salty ingredients projects
* conduct technical assessments at bench‑top to gain insights about ingredient functionality
* communicate project scope, status, and risks to extended team on a regular basis
* promote networking between r&d salty developers and r&d salty category leaders
* support ingredients variances (pmf & caricam) resolutions to provide guidance to the business promptly
qualifications
who are we looking for?
education
* food engineering or related
experience
* 2‑3 years minimum experience in food industry
* preferred experience on salty snacks
* experience working with multifunctional teams
