moncler store managers serve as brand leaders, responsible for achieving store objectives and increasing sales through strategic planning, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing store operations efficiently. They lead talent development by recruiting and supporting team growth. As a store manager, you will embody moncler's values and promote our brand vision in the marketplace.

your impact

1. ensure all store employees embody moncler americas sales and service standards.
2. drive sales and productivity using kpis such as store sales, upt, conversion, re-purchase rate, and inventory management.
3. analyze business performance and develop strategic action plans with the regional director to grow the business.
4. execute company initiatives, policies, and procedures flawlessly in-store.
5. lead sales efforts by engaging actively on the sales floor, especially with top clients and vics, ensuring high customer service levels and meeting shop goals.
6. build client relationships and support local events and product launches to boost sales.
7. coach staff to comply with company initiatives and programs, ensuring proper execution of all deliverables.
8. develop and support team growth through performance management, regular communication, and career development plans.
9. motivate the team, lead by example, and provide coaching on the sales floor.
10. attract, recruit, and build a pipeline of high-caliber talent through networking and competitive shopping.
11. ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
12. collaborate with hr and regional directors on employee relations issues.
13. manage daily store operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, cash handling, and shipping, ensuring efficiency and asset protection.
14. monitor expenses and maintain the store's budget, aiming to reduce costs.
15. oversee after-sales operations, ensuring efficiency and positive customer experiences.
16. manage the in-store consignment program to maximize client engagement and provide personalized experiences for top clients.
17. support visual merchandising standards and execute floor changes as needed.
18. analyze sales reports, coordinate stock levels with relevant departments, and provide product feedback to maximize sales.
19. train staff on current product knowledge, brand pillars, and seasonal strategies in partnership with internal departments.
20. stay informed about market trends and identify future opportunities.
21. perform additional duties as assigned.

qualifications

1. bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. at least 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury retail.
3. proven success in sales, client building, and team development.
4. customer-focused and results-driven.
5. excellent communication skills at all levels.
6. strong leadership qualities to motivate and galvanize teams.
7. attention to detail and business acumen.
8. ability to analyze business data and take strategic actions.
9. ability to stand and walk for most of a 40-hour workweek.
10. passion for the fashion industry.
11. flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
12. proficiency in microsoft office, pos, crm, and inventory management systems.
