* analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement process changes to drive business results.
* develop and deploy metrics and systems to monitor warehouse process efficiency, space utilization, and inventory accuracy.
requirements
* professional degree (engineering degree preferred).
* strong proven experience in warehouse supervision or management roles.
* proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
* strong knowledge of warehouse management software, databases, and process improvement methodologies.
* proficient in microsoft excel and microsoft office tools.
* proficiency with sap or other erp systems.
* demonstrated experience applying lean and visual management principles.
* excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong problem-solving abilities.
