By blending ai technology with deep marketing expertise, they're transforming how modern brands grow online.your roleas the executive assistant (strategic operations), you'll be the operational heartbeat behind the ceo—balancing precision execution with strategic initiative. You'll manage calendars, streamline communications, lead internal projects, and enhance company-wide efficiency through systems and process excellence.you'll:own complex calendar, travel, and email management for the ceoact as a gatekeeper and liaison for key communicationsprepare materials, briefs, and follow-ups for meetingslead operational improvement projects across departmentsdrive the mutual intro process and ensure strategic business connectionsmaintain and evolve the mutual intro playbook and templatesmanage asana and internal tools for smoother collaborationidentify and implement process and workflow optimizationsyou bring:3–5+ years supporting c-level executives in fast-paced environmentsproven project or operations management experienceexceptional communication and organizational skillsproactive problem-solving mindset and strong follow-throughcomfort with tools like asana, notion, or similar platformshigh attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesstrong written and spoken english skillsdiscretion, professionalism, and sound judgmentbonus points:experience in a marketing, seo, or agency environmentfamiliarity with ai tools or workflow automationbackground in business development or client-facing coordinationwhat's offered:competitive usd compensation (based on experience)fully remote work with flexible hoursdirect impact on executive and company effectivenesscollaborative, innovation-driven culturegrowth opportunities in strategy and operations leadershipinterview process: intro chat (atomic hr) – 20-minute conversation on fit and goals 1st interview: 30-min intro chat with people ops interview with the ceo final discussion on fit, expectations, and next steps offer
