this position is 100% on‑site.
job summary
responsible for ensuring the proper execution of an industrial project from design review, construction management, and post‑construction support, ensuring compliance with schedule, cost, quality, and safety.

* design and construction of new offices in slp
* support in construction project activities in slp
* support internal cummins administrative processes (purchase orders, hse risk analysis)
* prepare executive progress reports for leadership staff
* manage the design and construction of equipment such as furniture, multimedia systems, and it equipment
* manage contractors’ performance on‑site
* main kpis:
* schedule compliance
* schedule performance index (spi)
* cost performance index (cpi)
* control of unplanned changes
* safety incident rate
* post‑construction pending items closure
* non‑conformities
qualifications
bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction engineering.
at least 5 years of experience in industrial construction project management, with proven experience managing projects from design phase through delivery and post‑construction.
* experience coordinating construction contractors, cost control, schedule tracking, and on‑site decision‑making
* intermediate level in autocad and microsoft office (excel)
* experience reviewing executive project documentation
preferred qualifications
* intermediate conversational english
* experience using revit 3d
* experience with medium‑ and low‑voltage electrical installations
* experience with fire protection system installations
* experience with construction permit processes in juárez
