as part of the sap technology team you are responsible for overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items and leading client status meetings. As a senior associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You handle client relationships, provide functional and technical subject matter knowledge, and manage the project lifecycle to confirm timely delivery.
