Bark & co. is a premium pet wellness center concept launching its first location in san pedro garza garcía, monterrey — built to scale across multiple locations in the city and beyond.
The founding partners don't run day-to-day operations. This role is the real executive leadership of the business. The person who takes this position isn't just managing a location — they're building the operational standard, the culture, and the systems that will make expansion possible. If the first location succeeds, this person grows with the business.
We're looking for someone who thinks like an owner, thrives in ambiguity, and is genuinely excited about building something from scratch.
## tareas
recruit, onboard, and develop the branch team (10–18 people depending on phase)coordinate all service verticals: veterinary, grooming, hotel & daycare, trainingmanage shift scheduling including overnight hotel coverageensure animal welfare and safety standards across all areasown the monthly p&l: control labor costs, track revenue vs. budget, and maximize hotel occupancy and service recurrencereport weekly and monthly operational and financial metrics to the boardguarantee every client interaction reflects the bark & co. premium standardresolve client escalations with judgment and empathy; monitor digital reputationbuild local strategic partnerships: independent vets, pet stores, residential developers, rescue organizationsdesign and execute loyalty initiatives: memberships, loyalty programs, community eventsidentify corporate client opportunitiesdocument systems, sops, and learnings in a replicable way for future locationsparticipate in the design of the expansion model as the business scales
