As a Senior Administrative Business Partner, you will be more than an assistant; you will be a strategic partner and a force multiplier for one of our C‑level executives. Your role is to ensure the executive’s time is optimised and focused on their most critical strategic priorities. You will act as a trusted adviser, a proactive problem‑solver, and a flawless executor, anticipating needs and clearing the path for the executive to lead effectively.

Who You Are
- +5 years of experience as Administrative Business Partner/Executive Assistant/Secretary
- Strong communication skills: exceptional verbal and written communication in English and Spanish

What You Will Do
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and his family; own the executive’s operational rhythm, including dynamic calendars across time zones and aligning time with strategic priorities.
- Coordinate complex international & domestic travel, manage event logistics, and ensure every detail is handled with precision.
- Act as a strategic partner: prepare briefing materials for key meetings, track action items, anticipate needs before they become urgent.
- Serve as a primary communication liaison with internal & external stakeholders while maintaining discretion.
- Operate autonomously, making decisions, improving processes, and taking initiative with the executive’s full trust.
