we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced call center specialist to join our team.
key responsibilities:
* handle inbound voice calls with professionalism and customer focus.
* provide support on various products and services including credit cards, checking & savings accounts, debit cards, online accounts & mobile banking, bill pay & mobile deposits, loans & mortgages.
requirements:
* 6–9 months of call center experience in the bfsi sector preferred.
* english proficiency: b2+ to c1 level.
* ability to work a 10-hour shift within hours of operation (6:00 am – 4:00 pm).
* comfortable with schedule: two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch.
* strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
work environment:
* on-site location: mexico city
* schedule: 10-hour shifts, monday to saturday (with one weekday off)
* hours of operation: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm
