As a nomad desk call center representative, you will be working remotely reporting directly to the leader of the campaign.
*net salary*: $8,000mxn/mo to $8,500mxn/mo
*duties*:
- provide patients with exceptional phone service by answering their questions promptly.
- process and escalate requests following the standard customer support procedures.
- take notes from the patients and schedule medical appointments for them.
- attend morning huddle meetings with the team (monday to friday 7:45 am pst via zoom)
- use the internal communication channels of nomaddesk appropriately
- *all you require is fluent spanish and english (advanced), computer, usb headset with microphone, a quiet space to work from home, internet from 25 and over megas, and cable ethernet.*_
*schedule*:
- monday to friday 8 am to 5 pm pst (bussiness hours)
- weekends from 8 am to 4 pm pst (weekends guard duty)
