About the job.responsible for providing a full range of administrative support activities to the director of sales & marketing, leisure sales and group sales department with great energy in a professional and stylish manner to ensure the smooth operation of one&only mandarina sales and revenue goals.key duties and responsibilitiesprovides full administrative support activities for the director of sales & marketing, leisure sales manager, group sales managers/ directors to ensure maximum productivity and smooth running of the sales team.provide support as may be required by the sales and marketing team, including the handling, preparation and writing of correspondence, establishment and maintenance of various filing / records / database, tracing pending issues and following up as appropriate, screening telephone calls and organizing appointments and meetings.assists in the management of sales and marketing administrative, operational and marketing function. Compile data and produce regular scheduled reports. Liaise with the sales and marketing team in relation to necessary follow up on queries, deadlines, requests and special functions instigated by the sales and marketing team.manage sales team purchasing, finance and account processes, expense management and invoice reconciliation.review processes and implements systems that will increase general office productivity and reporting formats each month.coordinate client visits including the preparation of all required collateral, and when required assist the sales and marketing team conducting sales calls.salesforce and opera champion for sales officeact with a degree of independence as liaison with both internal and external clients.
