About the role
we're building an ai ops team at amalga group in monterrey.
as an ai ops lead, you will help supervise and optimize ai tools used in real business workflows, support internal ai adoption, and lead a small team working on ai operations for us clients.
this is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with ai tools, automation workflows, and process optimization while helping shape how ai is used across the organization.
we're looking for someone who:
• is comfortable experimenting with ai tools and automation
• has experience in operations, analytics, qa, consulting, or technical roles
• enjoys improving processes and solving workflow problems
• is comfortable communicating with teams and stakeholders in english
