*about the role*:
- as a cbre finance manager, you will act as a key liaison, playing a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, providing insightful analysis, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

*what you’ll do*:
- act as a liaison and responsible for various matters between latam locations, including reporting, accounting, and information requests.
- prepare balance sheets and profit and loss analyses of critical balances as part of operational improvement initiatives.
- perform projections, forecasts, accounting closings, and reports, and manage accounts receivable and payable, among other items.
- review balance sheet analysis, cash flow statements, and supporting schedules, as well as standard consolidated reporting packages, to ensure accuracy.
- review and approve basic monthly journal entries.
- coordinate the research, development, and preparation of accounting policies and procedures.
- proficiency in erp (preferably workforce management software).
- other tasks may be assigned.
*what you’ll need*:
- bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or similar.
- full bilingual (english and spanish).
- minimum of 5 years' experience in similar fields, including at least 2 years in personnel management.
