Associate brand & trade marketing manager - mexico fenty beauty & fenty skin

position: reporting to the senior brand & marketing manager, the associate brand & trade marketing manager will execute brand and trade marketing strategy for fenty beauty and fenty skin in mexico, focusing on in‑store brand execution, product storytelling, and commercial performance. The role translates global brand and product strategies into high‑impact retail executions, ensuring flawless implementation, strong visibility, and measurable business results. It requires attention to detail, a kpi‑driven mindset, and the ability to connect brand equity with sell‑out performance.

responsibilities:

* execute brand and trade marketing strategy at the point of sale.
* own in‑store brand storytelling, product focus, and visibility.
* drive commercial performance through strong trade activations.
* ensure flawless execution, consistency, and attention to detail across all retail touchpoints.
* track performance through kpis, sell‑out data, and post‑mortem analysis.
* translate global brand and product strategies into local trade marketing execution, ensuring brand consistency across all retail materials.
* manage the annual trade marketing calendar, launches, and key commercial moments.
* execute retail animations, podiums, windows, endcaps, and special activations.
* manage posm, vm assets, testers, and gwps, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on‑time delivery.
* coordinate with sephora teams to secure optimal visibility, space, and placement.
* lead in‑store execution of global launches, ensuring clear product focus and education alignment.
* build detailed post‑launch reviews, capturing learnings for optimization.
* track trade initiatives through sell‑out, conversion, productivity, and roi kpis.
* support budget tracking and ensure efficient use of trade marketing investment.
* partner with sales, education, supply chain, finance, and vm teams to align execution across functions.

qualifications:

* bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
* 4‑6 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or trade marketing.
* strong experience working with retail environments; sephora highly preferred.
* highly detail‑oriented with strong executional rigor.
* commercial and kpi‑driven mindset; comfortable analyzing sell‑out and performance data.
* strong brand and product marketing understanding.
* fluent in english.
* excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
* passion for beauty and retail excellence.
* ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.


marketing manager – hotel (sls hotels / ennismore)

the marketing manager will lead and execute the hotel's marketing strategy in line with sls hotels and ennismore brand standards, driving brand visibility, attracting high‑end clientele, and strengthening the hotel's reputation as a luxury destination.

key responsibilities:

* develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies across all hotel business lines (rooms, f&b, spa, events).
* ensure all communications, campaigns, and materials meet ennismore luxury brand standards.
* analyze market trends, competition, and guest behavior to identify growth and positioning opportunities.
* manage digital marketing, social media, pr, and strategic partnerships to maximize hotel visibility.
* oversee the marketing budget, optimizing investment to achieve the highest roi.
* lead and develop the marketing team, ensuring alignment with goals and brand standards.
* collaborate with sales, events, and operations to ensure a consistent luxury guest experience.
* track and report marketing kpis and campaign roi to hotel leadership.

qualifications:

* bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field (master’s preferred).
* minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing for luxury hotels, resorts, or lifestyle brands.
* proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, both digital and traditional, for high‑end clientele.
* strong knowledge of brand management, crm, digital marketing, social media, and revenue management.
* experience managing international campaigns and understanding global luxury markets.
* excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
* fluent in english; additional languages are a plus.
* highly organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.


marketing delivery manager – igaming project (mexico city)

this position is focused on leading and executing fully integrated marketing initiatives for an igaming project operating in mexico city.

main responsibilities:

* develop and execute 360° marketing strategies across online and offline channels, ensuring compliance with igaming regulations.
